There is no refund offered on materials installed, or replaced. All labor work performed by Diversified Services is warranted. Ask about our warranties on products, live plants, trees and sod; every manufacturer/supplier we utilize offer different warranty coverage’s. All payments made to Diversified Services are for services already rendered, and must be final. We do not give cash refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with the work provided, we will work with you to make any corrections as agreed upon by both parties. Our customer service support team will do all that we can to make working with us an exceptional experience even during times that require resolutions to unsolved questions or concerns. If an overcharge occurs, we will promptly process any refund due to the customer.
